Spending time in the midst of like minded people, you begin to see similar character traits, physical attributes and general agreement. Thanks to zoom and other online meeting platforms, that bring like minded people from all over the world into one room and close proximity. I have attended so many of such meetings in recent time and I noticed, heads nodding.
When someone says something that resonates with another, the neck drops a couple of times. The degree of agreement determines the frequency and number of nods. We all do it. Some people doing it consciously as an NLP anchoring technique and others unconsciously because it is the most natural thing to do.
To be in agreement means that you recognize value in the subject being discussed or the case presented. We all have the seed of value and greatness in us. The unfortunate thing however, is the simple fact that not every one understands the depth of value that is resident in them. Imagine knowing what you are worth?
What are you worth?
Knowing your worth gives you the power to command the asking price of the value you are bringing to the table. It gives you the power to, not only negotiate your asking price but also the confidence to say No! to some offers, deals and contracts. Value does not happen due to low self esteem, and within certain environmental factors.
Value is deeply rooted in identity. When you discover who you are, and position yourself in an atmosphere for conducive growth, you will find a lot to nod about. Nodding in agreement. More to laugh about; laughing in contentment. Above all, more to bring to the table. You reflecting absolute value.
